trials_mad Posted February 6, 2007 Report Share Posted February 6, 2007 I have recently ripped the ligaments in my ankle and i was wondering whether anyone else has down it at all and how long it took them to re-cover and get back riding. He;s sorted mine out 4 weeks in plaster and im doing good, few more weeks till i ride.If you ripped it you should be set in cast with at 90* for 4 weeks then lots of pysio or your screwed for life!!!
