Another New Brake

Wonder if it would work though, all pressure from the brake would transfer to the adjustmentscrews, i`m not an engineer, but from here it seems like it wouldnt just hold up as nice.

With a bigger screw/bolt/whatever, it would work, take hopes for instance, all the pressure on the break is placed on the screw in bore cap, and with BB7s, all the pressure goes through the adjusters which are screw in. And a Hope mono trials has a hell of a lot higher mechanical ratio than a maggie, so it should be fine really. Just have to be at least like a fine 15mm thread to be safe.

but to clear this up it isnt an adjuster screw before everyone starts going on about it again. i realise you werent definately saying it was but there are some f**ktards on theis forum fo sho'.

Yes i know, but on the other hand you see what power the maggy brings, my guframe moves even with an echo control booster.

And i was talking about how it would be if that screw on the pic were an adjustmentscrew.

And yes, i know that it isnt.
