dirtbiker Posted January 31, 2007 Report Share Posted January 31, 2007 (edited) Hey,Long shot i know but i thought it'd be worth a try, please email this to anyone you think might be interested!Three of my housemates are moving out for the next year (2007/08) so I'm looking to fill their rooms.The house is in Radford, on Radford Boulevard, just opposite the Castle Trading Estate (with the ever-famous Aldi!) and is a three storey, five-bedroom mid-terrace. We've got three bathrooms, a kitchen with a dish-washer, tumble drier etc. and a separate lounge. We also have on-street parking without the need for permits and a good sized, secure bike shed. The house has a passageway through with a locked gate which makes getting bikes in and out nice and easy. We’ve got 4mb NTL wireless broadband and cordless phones on each floor with free weekend landline calls.It takes around 15 minutes to walk to Jubilee and 40 minutes to walk to main campus, although it only takes me about 12 minutes on my bike.The rooms we’ve got to let all have double beds, a good sized desk and a wardrobe and are quite large compared to most houses. Two are on the top floor and the third is on the ground floor.
