fruitbat
I dont know any 'proper' advice but i used to get them all the time. All you can do is rest it and do light excercises to build up the muscles. I find Radox baths are great especially for general muscle aches after working gym stuff.Possibly go see an osteopath or sports masseuse (SP), there may be underlying problems which be casuing it. Some companies offer free assesments (only good option for people with some spare cash)Frooty

ben
I get a bad back from riding and nozmeister used to somthing rotten when he had his 1mm wheel base monty. resting it does seem to make a big diffrence but im pritty sure its not good for you but it feels amazing lie face down on the floor and get sombody to walk down your back it it clicks it out a bit. longer bikes seem to be less harsh on the back as well as you dont arch them as much.ben
dan the trials man
I get them not so much now but back in the old bmx days i used to not be able to ride because of the pain. I found thermo wrap or any thinging similar are great, they Velcro round your lower back and you can where them whilst riding, you can purchase them from sainsburys.Hope it helps Dan
