Ghetto Rider
Hey one & all... I'd like to buy a new digital camera, obviously one that takes pictures and movies!... I do currently have one that's ok but when i come to put the footage onto my computer the quality of it is awful! For example: I was filmed side hopping onto something and when i was hopping on the back wheel it was skipping frames and just looked like a cheap and nasty camera.....Can anyone give any advice and perhaps links on what camera's to buy and a reason for choice?? I'm looking at spending between 100 & 200 quid??Thanks alot.Dan
Blommah
buy either a video or a photo camera, if youre buying a photocamera, almost always the videoquality sucks.

Technical Tom
Get a Sony MiniDV, awesome cameras, can be a little expensive, but they're worth it.Tom.
Tomm
Modern digital stills cameras are much better at video than video cameras are at photos. So if you want something that will do both, a more modern stills camera might be what you need. But obviously if you're mostly doing video, get a video camera (and keep the old camera for stills).
