TomR
Is 25cm Alan, that's tiny! and anyway, normal curbs are like 4/5inchs, so no-worries there. You gunna be around over the weekend? get some footage?[geek]Correct, the normal kerb upstand on a section 38 road is between 115 and 125mm.[/geek]

matt rushton
Rules!- All curbs must be under 10 inches- Video must be LESS than 2 minutes (1 song only)- Only 4 or less participant per entry- Use of minimal external influences..E.g..Brick to gap to off the curb....Dont session it in the video,Have only like 3 clip's of you gapping to it.- All videos must be sent in by 15th of March and hosted on youtube or tf.- Use 2 or less bikes,So if your going to use two bikes,Then get half-footage with one bike and half with the other.Vids in by 15th of MARCH! P.s Rule's may keep changing! So does this mean make videos now and post them here?Or are you going to make a new topic in video section?Matt Rushton

nickyw
I say we have a seperate topic for them.Word....Seperate topic should have a poll in it,So it should be peaches and cream..Make them now but dont vote till 15th of march. Greetings
15th march? Just hope it's warm by then I also think limiting it to 1 minute would be more than enough, 2 minutes of riding on a 5" wall is pushing it. We want it to be interesting, not tedious. fathopper
Will there be a seperate category for cheesy entries and a prize lol, from my shoot tonight it proves I cant ride curbs, if there is a prize for cheese could it be a kitkat? The whole point of a video competition is to compete with videos. So limiting the length of videos will then obviously limit the 'producers' capabilities and therefore is making the point of the competition pretty insignificant and obsolete.Just my thoughts...All the other rules are good, especially the one about 'external influences' .Cheers,Joe. Joe_Elding
I say dont feel pressured into making it a certain time but just make something interesting? rather than deliberately bulking it out/cutting it down to make it a certain length... Who the f**k, in the right mind, would make a 15 minute long curb video. Whoever does will be guaranteeing themselves a loser spot.it could go on for ever, its meant to be a showcase of your skill and originality, not a 5 hour blockbuster on the 734 ways to mount a kerb.Again, never would that happen...same as in the olympics I'll get an entry in, if i can be bothered...Cheers,Joe. JT!
I agree, there shouldn't be a limit. No one would probably go over 2 mins anyway so why bother.
