Dan6061
Maybe they should have made the inner part a little deeper, so that the plastic runner kind of wraps around the chain and holds it in place... But maybe it's just fine that way...They should've just put a roller inside it...

ben_travis
dave, ur chain will fit on it i should think.a KHE fits fine and for everyones knowledge it fits a mod-stock 26" frame with a slight modification......, not sure about a mod, because of the space inbetween the spokes etc etc, i think it could work though...... Ash-Kennard
after seeing daves 74kings tensioner today i can safely say that they are absolute crap, to get any tensoin out of it at all, he had to push it down really hard and the metal leaf spring just bent, it ended up bent at a 90 degree angle and not even tensoining well, he had to resort to nicking a hanger and whacking a mech back on. not very impressed, although this one could just be defective...also the bolts rattled loose and he had to attach it with a cable tie
Chris
hmmm so you're basically the first person to find it crap But I'm not fully convinced either. I think I'll go for a Rohloff then...
