sam briggs-price
hello people im new at trials but it all went easy till learning to gap hop how do you do it please help ?
Phil H
Its kind of a silly question as you can't just learn to gap straight away. If your completely new to trials you need the basics such as track stands, pivoting on your wheels, moves like 180 endos and hopping on the back wheel. When you have a general feel for your trials bike you need to learn to kickhop/pedal hop. Once you have kickhops its just a matter of practising to get them bigger and bigger so you can start doing gaps.Phil.

andyb
Put very simply, put your bike on the back wheel, drop the front and smash the hell out of your pedals if you want to go really big. Might be advisable to work your way up to the 10 footers though!Andy
