abacacus Posted January 13, 2007 Report Share Posted January 13, 2007 hi, im a beginner waiting for easter to get a mod bike but want to start learning on my mountain bike.i was wondering what a good middle ground bike would be, and also a time-frame on howlong it should take to learn for someone 250 pounds of, lets not go there..., at 5 foot 10/11. Any trials specific bike in that range should be good for starting on i reckon, go for something like an onza, monty, koxx or any of the other big companies.
