jackamory
Hi, do any of you know what the word rigid means when being put in context with a pair of forks??? thanks jackDoes it mean no suspension, or straight?
trials_mad
Im pretty sure that when people refer to having rigid forks it is when they are really stiff and do not have flex or give in them. Personally i feel this is a good thing as with forks that flex it feels like they will snap anytime.
David Biddle™
no sus mate its better for trials if you use rigid forks helps alot mate
ogre
rigid means no suspension doesn't mean the forks won't flex a little only want sus if you have a really streety style. rigids are theoreticaly stronger to (less to die) but sus would probably be mucho good for front wheel moves. 'cause the forks will affect the feel+ geometry of the bike (i'm not to sure what'll change what though)(look for echo/zoo/gu forks are all strong as fook)
