Guest
I dobt you've tightened 'everything' if the bearings are still loose. What won't turn? the entire lever or the red TPA?
db-t20
The red TPA do you suggest a new CNC leaver from tarty
moza
I would desempble the TPA assemble and lube it all up. you may find that it has broken internally. about you wheels you will need to get some cone spanners and tighten the cones up a little untill the woble has gone but so that the axel still spins freely.moza Edited January 10, 2007 by moza
paul-m-
this happened to me about a month ago and it happened to my mate last night. when i done it i stipped the threads on the tba so i took it back and they replaced the hole lever for free, last night on my mates one there was just some crap in the threads so we took it off clamped the flat bit and turned the lever around till it freed off, it is still stiff to turn but atleast it works. i must admit if it was my lever i probs wouldnt do that until tarty refused you a replacement.hope thats helped. Wright Pads
Remove the leaver bladeSpray the TPA with some lubeIt should free it upYou'll see how the TPA comes off with the blade offUse some thin grease to lube the threads up on the TPAYou could upgrade which is highly recomened with an Edd Pots TPA or a 74Kings
