The enchanted broomstick
I placed an order through heatsinkbikes.com on 20/12/06 for a pair of Magura 4-bolt to V-brake adapters at £29.00GBP.I have sent Steve 2 emails asking where my item is because its been well over 2 weeks now. I wouldnt mind so much if i had a reply that said something like im busy but you will receive them at such a date. Now as a respected member of this forum i thought his service would be a little better but im pretty damn annoyed about all this, he has taken payment for which i have a receipt for from paypal but i still have not had the goods. Please can someone or Steve himself give me some information on what to do.....?Stu

Caleb
steve is a very nice bloke as everyone says but the constant excuses arent really reasonable to be honest.if he cant provide the service he states he should stop taking peoples money until he can. Guest
Starting to take the piss.He did come online and say he was going to put as halt to any further sale while he got caught up, but it doesn't seem to have happened and he's continued taking orders.Runing an internet business is a bit of a joke when you have no internet access. He should have had something organised regardless of how quick he had to move, all it takes is one basic html page on the homepage saying that sales are currently stopped and will be back whenever.I do love my coust pad's and backing's and steve does seem like a sound guy, but im starting to consider getting pads from tarty if steve is going to continue being so unreliable.Edit: it seems he has cancelled orders, for pads at least...
