Greetings
Sony HC1000EAt the time this was the cheapest Sony 3CCD camera. In 2006 it was discontinued and replaced with the HDR series. Cost over 1 grand but it was well worth it. The only thing I don't like about it is the focusing ring is electronic and not mechanical. It's really hard to learn to use it accurately.Great colours, very good sound and it works well for night shots (hasn't got an IR module though but it doesn't really need one). Fixed Pants™
Canon Powershot A400Had it a while and it's fine for trials, it's not anything special or the best cam you can get but it does the job.Just make sure it's better than phone quality...Sisters christmas present 2 years ago, think it was around £140...
