craigjames
that rim does look a lil odd, meh, im sure its still pretty strong get some pics of the frames up or some info at least!
Mike Poyzer @ Onza
Pictures of the frames and the new Tensile fork will be uploaded from the Taiwan show. We have to save some surprises to show.
Joe@Onza
The Rim Is the same, A New rim from Tensile should be hopefully unveiled after the Taipei show with many more benefits!! The new frames are going to be radical and nothing like frames of the past.
monkeyseemonkeydo
That rim seems to be screaming out for someone to just blast through all the 'hog' cut-outs with a 25mm drill bit! That would knock the weight down a bit too. Or is that just me?
craigjames
will these new bits be carreid by moore large? or will they only carry a very small range like they do currently?
Joe@Onza
Moore large stock a considerable amount, Have you received the 2008 parts catalog? You can drill through the hog when you get it, If you want. This rim will be one of the lightest production rims out there with eyelets. We keep the hogs on there so people know who makes it. Mike Poyzer @ Onza
Moore Large are our UK distributor and will carry everything. We always introduce new product ourselves but once established responsibility for ordering will pass to them. If you find that Moore Large are not stocking any parts that you think they should, please feel free to pester them. Please also bear in mind that they are relatively new to the trials market and it is a harsh learning curve. Please bear in mind that drilling through your hogs invalidates your warranty. Skoze
Rim looks mint!I agree, loks really different to everything else on the market, Fairly light too compared to the 07 echo's and whatnot, hopefully they're still beastily strong. Muel
PLEASE make those Tensile forks the same geo as the Echo Lites, and put them on the new T-Pros.Maybe the T-Pro is due for a redesign? Or replaced, the T- names are starting to sound a little dated.

craigjames
QUOTE (danny B @ Feb 29 2008, 04:53 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>i see onza are still taking my dads ideas and passing them off as there own, when are they going to come out with something original that they have thought of, this is a pic of my rear rim for scotland hhhmmmmm similar me thinks. so he took a drill to a rim and put holes in it and then a company thought oooh we could do that and sell it. because thats never been done before has it........ Has anyone seen my shoe?
haha, putting holes in a rim is an 'idea' now is it?Dragons Den would love you!
hugh_b
so basically you've put loads of little holes in a rim instead of one big one?? The hog's must save a small amount of weight compared to the bigger holes.
Simon
Hold on Danny, so you are telling me that putting extra holes in rims is your Dad's idea? Are you actually believing what is coming out of your mouth? Seriously?
Muel
I've seen it done before, drilling more holes in your rims is hardly a ground breaking idea.I'd just get Dob rims though.
