Spikenipple
I'm pretty sure Game employ a 28 day returns policy with no particular reason required, but if they do ask just say it was a gift and you bought the wrong one.

Technically its not really a big lie.... it was a gift to yourself and was obviously the wrong one as you wouldn't want a shit game . Nick Garland
It is indeed 28 days, but if you read the return policy, its got to be in its original wrapping. So unwanted gifts shouldnt be played etc, I do know my mate who wants dead rising so he might be interested, I shall ask him. rocktrials
Thought it was 10 day return, and it should be fine with all console games
RR_Trials
I started a topic a while back that my computer was lower then the minumum requirments for a game, can i use that as an exscuse to take it back, also it didn't come rapped in that plastic stuff because they took the came cover then went to a draw and got the game out of a sleeve.I want to take the game back, not swap it as my computer is to shite to run any game hehe. Because of the wide variation in computer specs they have to legally cover themselves otherwise people would be able to buy a pc game install it, find a crack so you don't need the cd then take the game back. What you'll have to do is say you had it bought for you twice as a christmas present and would like to exchange it for something else. Note how i say exchange? GAME don't let you have a refund on pc games, only store credit. Don't know whether they can or not but they do, if theres nothing else yiou would like you could always get something a friend was after and then get them to pay you back.Sorry, but all i got was a store credit and they assured me there was a strict no refunds policy on pc games. alexnessie
if you see a game cheaper at blockbuster, buy it there. a friend who read the whole policy book thing said they can accept returns for FULL CASH BACK for NINE WHOLE MONTHS.so play a game, complete it, forget about it for a few months, take it back, buy a new 'un
