Bleeding Magura Hs33's

Alright

I've noticed some topics with guides in how to go about bleeding Magura hs33 brakes.

Although i'm more experienced with disk brakes, i had a thought on the 'bleeding hs33's with water subject'.

As some of the inside of the magura hs33 brake is metal will this not be prone to rot/rust due to the water?

If it was good to use water then why do the professional majority use specific oil?

I did think maybe a lot of the brake is aluminium so it will be quite resistant to rust?

Please comment as i'm needing to give my brake a bleed and would like to make a good job.

Thanks, Josh.

Made of aluminium, not much is going to happen to tell the truth, plus, its a closed system

Only thing that tends to die are the seals, they tend to split.

Just stick to what is supposed to be in there, then you will be fine.
