Wheel Swap - Keeping On Back Wheel

I think the problem is your swapping wheels to late so when you hop there is no momentum left.

I mean when on the front wheel reach the balance point on the front wheel and just as it drops then go for the swap. Don't be too late otherwise that momentum of the wheel droping will be too much therefore your front wheel droping.

You could try just putting in that little bit of a pedal kick after to bring the front end back up.

Also if there is enough room go at an angle if you can. There will less distance for your back wheel to travel.
