Razzy
I have Maxxis Creepy Crawlers on my front and back wheel and they are great! They still have a suitable amount of grip in the wet - and great grip in the dry, aswell as being a good hard compound that doesnt wear down too quickly.Overall=Great tyres for the money! And as for the Maguras, Go for it. They are great brakes and ive never had problems with them as they require very low maintenance.

Razzy
Yes Magura HS33 can last a lifetime, especially when cared for properly they can't go wrong. They are also backed up with a 5 year leakproof warranty (apart from hose damage and crashes) etc.To register for the 5 year leakproof warranty, simply fill out the form at the Magura Website Edited December 31, 2006 by RazzyOnza

Captain Scarlet
I would change to a Hs33 on the rear at least, because I feel more confident with them. My V-brakes work fine at the moment with tar, but I prefer the have Magura's as there is kind of a weird feeling with V's.
