mbuk
Hi there, are the spokes on your monty, ti spokes i have not looked at a standard monty 221ti before, anyway if your having problems with your spokes,i would recomend checking all the spokes in your wheel, spokes have to be at the right tension, they cannot be to loose or too tight,if they are too tight this can cause them to snap when you land on the spot of a tight spoke, you see if the spoke is too tight its rigid it needs a bit of play in it to absorb the shock when you land, too loose and the spoke is no use, it will not support your rim or hub, there"s a new tool come out now called a spoke tension meter, most bike shop will have not heard of these, bikelab in essex have these but im not sure if they sell them.Hope I have helped you thanks shane.Hi there, are the spokes on your monty, ti spokes i have not looked at a standard monty 221ti before, anyway if your having problems with your spokes,i would recomend checking all the spokes in your wheel, spokes have to be at the right tension, they cannot be to loose or too tight,if they are too tight this can cause them to snap when you land on the spot of a tight spoke, you see if the spoke is too tight its rigid it needs a bit of play in it to absorb the shock when you land, too loose and the spoke is no use, it will not support your rim or hub, there"s a new tool come out now called a spoke tension meter, most bike shop will have not heard of these, bikelab in essex have these but im not sure if they sell them.Hope I have helped you thanks shane.Sorry i have posted twice, shane. Matt_Tupman
They made of Ti and are rubbish for anything other than natural get the wheel built up with some Munity spokes and you'll be sorted.

tom 20
our mates got a koxx vinco and the spokes are snapping in his rear wheel, hes had three so far and he feels its becoming a pain in the a*se. its weird because all the spokes seem tight enough but i was wondering wether it was that they were too tight or not, anyways its buckled to f**k now and is rubbing on the brakes- very annoying , but shizz happens
