Drew92
Hi, Im new to trials and my first bike is a mod Saracen mad 2.zero. It already has a bashring on but i want a bashplate. Will any bashplate fit my bike or will only some fit. Also if any one has any recomendations on which one to get that would be great. Thanks,Drew92

Dan_Trials
As far as I know that frame doesn't have mounts for a bash plate.
Mark W
bump (sorry if this is not allowed)Bumping isn't allowed, but it's more the case that bumping 20mins or so after a post is a bit pointless...As far as I can remember, you can't fit a bashplate on a 2.Zero without adding mounts to the frame which would weaken it quite a lot. Just stick with a bashring and try not to rely on it too much and you'll be fine
taylor1991
You shouldnt have to use a bashplate as a newbie anyway. It looks much nicer riding smooth. Sam

Captain Scarlet
Well perhaps he wants a bash plate just in case he trys a move and accidently hits the frame.I don't use my bashplate intentionally but it has saved my frame a times.I imagine you could get a scrap bit of metal, curve it to the shape of your frame, and attach it with a few zip ties. Not forgetting the shock absorber to go in between it and the frame.
