How Do You Grip Your Brakes?

Usually one finger on each lever, unless I'm doing a stoppie, in which case it's two on the front, although in real terms I'm only really using my middle finger for more control. My index finger is pretty much just sat there because it's awkward to get it back around the bar.

used to be 2 fingers on both brakes when i was still 'mucking' around

then when i got into trials properly i switched it 1 fingers on both brakes!

1 finger for rear, 1 finger for front. I can't really lift the front or control the bike properly with 2 fingers on the lever, plus I just prefer using 1

same as jez, for stoppies, i feel 2 fingers gives me better control, but i can handle using just 1

my back brakes so good, i dont need to use 2 fingers

since riding bmx, ive used my brakes less and find myself not having my finger on the front brake at all!

1 on both, my mate uses 2 and he seams to be alright with it, he will learn out sooner or later .........

i used to use 2 on the front and 2 on the back but now i just use 1 back and front , now i'm used to using 1 front and back i tried two use 2 and i can't do it at all
