flas12345
i was watching you ride today and you was going fast at a wall then slowing down and then tried to backwheel the wall. but you need to keep at steady speed so your momentum stays with you when you pull up. i hope i helped you paul. but just keep practicing
steve@banbury-trials
i have the same prob as you paulbell123 ,i cant do them then i nail it after a few attemps .my technique may be crap and not very well explained but it works for mei roll up the obsticle till im about 5ft away with my bad foot forwards ; then i start to pedal smoothly but firmly with my torso low and back whilst lifting the front wheel.as my good foot comes forward i then push hard down on my good foot whilst springing up to a standing position followed by sucking up my arms and legs pulling the bike with me ,once i get as high as i need to i then plant the back wheel down and straighten my arms letting my front land toothe endit works for me .just practise and you'll get it nailed soon paul steve

CJtrials
Well I used to think that to back wheel something, you had to have speed. But when I was trying to back wheel something about 4 feet high, my mate told me I was going too fast, he said "why do you need to go fast? Going fats only takes you into the wall not up it, he advised me to slow down and pull up harder and pull the bike up towards me.When I tried this it was so much easier it was unbelievable lol CJ.. adam trials
i just try to forward hop to the top with huge kicks and if it doesn't work i just try for a huge bunnyhop to the back wheel all you need to do is find how you are comfortable doing it and go bigger. try practising on curbs to find the perfect way lol thats what i did and can now (after 2 weeks) get 26" ish
flas12345
aup paulbell123if i come out tomorrow i will show you how to do it and the right techique mate
Nick Garland
Everyone uses the left right or right left technique. I find if I start 2.5 to 3 crank turns away from the object, for this we shall go with 2. Start with your strong foot forward, do a whole crank turn, then bring your strong foot up to a 90' position and use a whole 1.25 crank turns, it will give you incredible power and get you up most thing with all the required tucking etc.Once you have nailed this up to about 3ft or so, then learning how to tap objects which would be the next big thing
gianttrials
mate the more you practice it the more consistent yuo'll become, alternatively try slowing down an using pedal strokes. zap-tap or pedal hop!!!hope this helps, but ask if you want more advice, and i'll do what i can, if i'm on here.ben g
