JoNnY__Mc
hey there people was just wondering what geometry bar and stem people where using with their zona zeniths and how it feels with your set up. im using a saracen mad stem (basically pazzaz) and some onza bars, and to be honest it does feel really nice, theres nothing wrong with it for me but i think that its holding me back as far as riding is concerned.so... what are you using and how does it feel????any help apreciated as always
SomeoneNew
I'm using an old Brisa stem (the one thats exactly like the elite stem but with welds) and those really old 10quid onza flats bars. Feels alright but im not sure how it'd feel with anything else as I can't afford to test owt out!!

Will Arnold
i used a 5 degree rise echo stem which was 110mm long, along with some zoo bars.think i used about 15mm of headset spacers too.front felt quite low, compared to the slightly high bb. i loved this setup, gaps to front wer nice and back wheel control was good (just felt a little bit cramped)hope that helpedWill
ben_travis
maybe its the frame that is holding u back.......
JoNnY__Mc
^^^^^^^^^^^^you know you may be right... i used to get on really well with a black mumba frame i used to ride... even rode a saracen mad 04 team better... maybe its just the fact that it takes ages to get used to the frame and change in bb... but using a mad stem with it just seems abit off... i shall try some different set ups and then post up when i have a better idea
ben_travis
well im sure ill get abuse for it, with joemaher loving his, some people will enquire as to why i said that it could be the frame.BUT, the geometry wont suit everyone, and it may be the frame that doesnt suit you rather than a specific part. however i am very partial to a certain bar and stem set up (or at least geometry of stem etc), however i do know that some frames just dont suit me. (basically anything shorter than 1080 or anythin with less than 20mm bb rise) i just cant adapt to, no mattter what the set up
