ogre
just browsing tarty, spoted try-alls [post=http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?id=10006]rage bar don't get how it gets a £50 price tag when it's only 1g lighter than ZOO! bars (which 'll make f.a difference) and are shorter (700mm/27.5") than zoos (740mm/29") same goes for the monty barswhy so much? GTF
They are made by Monty and Try-All, more expensive than Deng parts...
Greetings
When will people stop judging parts by their prices? Monty, Try-All (Koxx), Echo, Zhi are ALL made in the same factory. Sorry, but that's a shit explanation.
poopipe
my theory is that the distributors in this country rip us off. monty and koxx bits don't cost anything like as much as they do here in other parts of europe
26inch
Monty are really bad for over pricing, ie they sell the vp caged pedals that onza and everyone else sell for about £12, but with the monty name on the end they were selling for about £40 on somewhere like cleanbikes

matt rushton
You cant compare them bars to the zoo! Bars. They arnt they same shape as zoo! There more like montys. But yeah i agree that monty and try-all parts are over priced. But if you look at the new monty rims then there cheap. About £50 for a pair which is very reasonable price. So yes some parts are overpriced, But at the same time, some are underpriced.Matt Rushton
Ali C
monty pedals have better bearings and heat treated alloy cages.Monty prices seem to have come down, but koxx/try all parts are still more exspensive here than they are abroad
AdamR28
monty pedals have better bearings and 7075 cages
