Ozonys
New T-Mag? I take it you don't mean the 'New Model Due 2007'?If its new, then don't worry about the frame cracking like others have done in the past... Word is they made improvements so it doesn't do that anymore. You'll probably get a lot of people saying about the frame cracking...The freewheel, as we all know, is normally the first thing to go. Its well worth paying £35 for a Tensile or similar. Otherwise, nothing should go wrong in theory.Still, its still quite a good idea to upgrade parts, as some of the standard onza parts make the bike feel a bit rubbish...Cheers
lawrence osborn
Look after it all, make sure everything is tight before riding, well lubbed and everything should be fine for ages
eskimo
Look after it all, make sure everything is tight before riding, well lubbed and everything should be fine for ages Not too tight! Otherwise you will regret it. That applies to stem, pedals, brakes etc.Read some bike faqs. Like chain tension etc. LINKYou will find yourself wanting to upgrade or downgrade parts. You will find yourself getting bored of your current parts and want some more or you just love your bike that you will spend some money on her now and then. eskimo
Try to not ride at a wall top speed and hit your bash guard. If your freewheel does start clicking/ slipping it will be because it's wearing in or because its so cold. PaRtZ
Thanks for the help.but i've heard things about the freewheel blowing up after like a day or two?is this common or just those people happended to be unlcuklysame goes for the frame snappign easy?the frame snapping? a couple of people on here have had a moan at onza because they were bashing the hell out of their bash plates and were shocked to find the bolt mount had sheared off or bent of something stupidas for the freewheel, it probably will, depends on what you're doing really. Upgrade it to an acs claws as soon as you can. They're cheap and quite reliable

JsyJoel93
HeyI've got a T-Mag myself and it's been really good to me, it's one of the older ones (got it soon ofter it came out) and the frame is perfect, no stress marks so the newer improved one's should be great The freewheel's don't blow up, they just fall apart and skip as a £12 ACS would, i whacked a Tensile (£35) and a mate of mine that has a King says it feels lovely so deffinately go for one of those An Echo Hifi stem, and ZOO! bars totally change the feel of the bike, for the amount it'll cost you, it's soooo worth it !So nothing that'll actually break badly, just a few things to upgrade A.S.A.P as the factory parts suck ass Hope that's reasurred you a bit Joel Edited December 24, 2006 by JsyJoel93
