Changing the proxy you use to connect to the internet should fix the problem.

To do it, in IE go to tools > internet options > connections > lan settings, check the 'use a proxy server' box and type in a proxy.....

For NTL users theres a list of proxies here - http://seticlassic.ssl.berkeley.edu/ntl_proxies.html

For other people just search google for free anonymous proxy list.

Im on NTL and that site links through perfectly fine for me. :) As other people have said though i often have to turn it all off and back on again to get any connection to the internet whatsoever and sometimes it just wont work for a few hours (the internet in general not that particular link).
