It works for me, goes straight to TF. On 2mb NTL.

Is this what's been causing the slow load times recently?

Doesn't display for me on NTL 4mb also T-F has been loading ridiculously slow for me almost all the time :(

Are you working on a fix or is it a problem from NTL's end?

It's only this site I've been noticing the slow-downs on but they are pretty often and pretty severe.

Olly.

NTL and AOL are both nightmares.

At work I am regularly getting people complaining they cant access our website, usually its just because they are using the heap of shit AOL browser but every few months we get a large number of NTL users calling in complaining the site is down. NTL seem to have loads of DNS issues.

JTM, see if flushing the local DNS on your machine makes a difference:

How to flush the local DNS

Not that this will solve the problem but you can do a tracert in DOS to find out where the request is failing. In DOS the command for this is:

tracert www.mx5nutz.com

REALLY handy that Peter, apart from for Mac users, like me :P Naa its all sorted, NTL (or our Modem not sure which) has been REALLY poor this last month or so, I keep having to pop downstairs to turn the modem off and back on again, as well as the wireless router just to make sure. Hopefully it will behave itself now?

I think it's worth mentioning that NTL have just added a penny onto their monthly fee. Im on 2mb (I think) and we're now paying £25 a month, instead of £24.99. A penny means a shit load more cash for NTL, but will they make the service better? Here's hoping!

Merry Xmas all hehe :)

Jonny.
