dirtbiker Posted December 24, 2006 Report Share Posted December 24, 2006 Hi Guys,I'm in my second year of a Mechanical Engineering (MEng) degree at Nottingham and I'm attempting to look for some work experience or an internship for the summer of 2007.Have any of you had any experience with applying for this sort of thing? I think I want to be in the car industry ultimately so i'm considering applying to Toyota in Derbyshire...I can either be near Nottingham or near Southampton and i'd be looking to work from July to mid-September.Any help/thoughts appreciated! Waynio Posted December 24, 2006 Report Share Posted December 24, 2006 send a CV to local car dealerships (dont just send it to 1 or 2 send it to loads) and such forth in the area/areas you may well be in. or even better e-mail them, its purely all about asking, if you dont ask you dont get kinda thing.
