you can do any type of riding on any frame. I am riding an uber long one at the mo (1100) and I can still 360 front pivot, backwards nose roll and g turn on it.

HOWEVER I only reccomend long frames to people with experience! A short frame will teach you much more about bike handling when you are learning which can then be advanced on to a longer frame in the future. If you go on to a long frame without the short bike expirience it can make you scetchy (seen it many times before)

you ride mod yeh? if so go short. therefore you can bunnyhop. also sidehops are really nice on a short bike. id suggest a monty. they ride really nicely. ups and hooks etc are easier if you can bunnyhop. long mods are ok for gaps and sidehops but they are limited by the fact you cant bunnyhop and they dont have the flickyness of a short bike.

however for stock riders mid to long wb 1060 -1090 are generally nice for pure trials.
