abe
it really does depend on what you mean.Like do you mean the cost of the setup you have now?if so about £700 probably more. Or do you mean how much over the yeaars including replacing tyres, pads, bottom brackets, chains, free wheels, grips, inner tubes and brake mantainence. If you mean this about £950 ish.abe

Village Idiot
I know my current set up probably cost me about £800ish, but I'd dread to think what the grand total would be (including snapped/cracked parts, maintainence, brake blocks etc). I reckon it'd be a lot less than most people though.

RobinJI
£788.50I think its pretty good for that kinda money, especially with a brand new custom Iolo frame. Iolo 24"Oh yeah, best part is obviously the frame. At a tenner short of the full bikes value it'd better be!Also I have my Mongoose Teocali with a nice freeride build, cant be arsed to add it all up, but its around £1250, pretty good for a very rideable fun 6" travel full susser. Dunno what would be the best part on that, its all just sensible stuff that works well. Edited December 23, 2006 by Dont you Just Hate it When... eskimo
Less than what i spent on my bmx. Although i'm always changing parts around. All my money goes on bikes, no new clothes gadgets or crap like that to buy. 90% of the time that is. Had to buy a trial noir tee a while back.[edit] fogot about that best thing bit.The zebra rim for the bmx and the 'trial' magura for the mod. haydon_peter
Too much Its not just the cost of the bike, its the cost of travelling to ride etc...I have lost track of how much money I have spent on my trials habbit over the last 6 years! In the last year I have also found a new habbit and have spent around £1400 on my XC/Freeride rig.
