02 Pay And Go Top Up

Is anyone else having trouble topping up by phone, it keeps saying my card is declined.

Its not the card, as I have just bought something by phone and it was fine.

This happens a lot with people I know, although works ok on my Visa

Try the online Top up at o2.co.uk, I use that more than phoning.

Also, what credit card do you have? And whats the number, name, expiry date, issue date and signature number?

If it still doesn't work, you can ring up Customer services and talk to a man with a funny accent (noticed you were from leeds ) and get your card approved.
