steve1rc
lately i have got back into trials but my old specialized gloves have minimal padding and it is starting to show on my hands. Could anyone please offer advice on suitable gloves with nice padding around the main blister areas e.g. the base and tip of fingers? Thanks, Steve

Janson
I've used my Hebo for a while, they're mint! And if anyone's interested, I had some medium tryall gloves before, and they were a tiny bit too long in the fingers, and the medium size hebo ones fit nicely. Thumb is a bit too long but it doesn't matter.

A!!
Yeah with the hebos you can't go wrong, nice and padded where they need to be, but slim where they don't. And they are really comfy, i mainly use them when i'm on my motorbike though. But mine have slowly formed rips in the finger tips as they have got too small, so now i never really use gloves. You just have to ride without them for a month or so, and the skin on your hands gets a lot tougher. And then it's out with the gloves, in with the hands like leather, sorted. Greetings
Can somebody give at least 2 valid reasons why riding in gloves is better?Counterarguments:-Your hands don't get awfully smelly during hot days-Your whole arms are tanned-Your hands get hard
Janson
not using gloves, it hurts more when you crash, especially riding natural or gravely thing. instead of having your hands full of tiny stones, or tearing/ripping/cutting your hands when crashing, you can brush the gloves off and ride away.some times i ride in gloves, some times i don't. depends on how i feel.gloves is good for natty, because you do crash and you do use your hands to break the fall.. and it sucks having cuts in your palms.
