everything :P need to get side hops sorted bit poor at those and getting height off pedal hops mainly. Just broke Derailleur (N) so looking at going singlespeed if someone will answer my topic on competition gearing  it will be greatly appreciated

It depends which competitions you will be entering, some competitions will only allow stock bikes with a minimum of seven gears. matt tongue got around this by using carbon sprockets. your local biketrial will probably allow you to compete with single speed set up which the best option(phone them to make sure), and your bike will run more smoothly....

hope that helps

backwards 180 gaps and fakie to 180 ups - so hard :( and trying to get my bunnyhops bigger.

i bet your bunny hops are about 5ft high.

fakie 180 gap , i'm finding it hard to even picture that.

I'm learning 180 sidehops, better taps(my techinique is poo!) and manuals.

im not going to try any thing big at the moment im trying to get smoother, before i was just landing so hard and now im just tryin to keep my gaps and ups really smooth and controlled.

im also finding it hard to keep my heart levels down i find when my heart is beating faster i seem to rush things so much, so i try and only ride every line stop and then let my heart slow down and then ride again

although there is one trick what i wanna try its a high blunt to X-UP to 180 off i was doing them kinda in southend but i was only turning 90
