TheCircus
The new Periphery teaser, it's insane. They are one band that is DEFINITELY going to be massive (in the scene) in the next few months/years.Listen to the future right here, probably the most talented collective of individuals on the planet at the moment.Insomnia Demo

If you had said Meshuggah with gayer vocals, I could see where you are coming from.I also checked out wecamewithbrokenteeth, I'm not so much a death metal fan myself and I can't stand the production on the stuff I heard, anyone who mixes drums like that has to have something wrong with their ears. Super talented though, the drums in particular are ridiculous. Also anything which contains bree is not good enough (see you later SYNT). Is just that some of the riffs are sounding extremely similar to them and other bands. In my eyes it's just yet another similar sounding band in a genre allready devoid of originality. My mate was talking (well, trying to shamelessly plus his band fell silent) to the singer from Misery Signals on their UK tour with august burns red, and he seemed to know a lot about the uk polyrythmic metal bands and already knew who they were which was suprising, so bands like that definitely seem to be getting better known. The UK metal scene has gotten really, really good lately, I'm loving loads of new UK bands at the moment (esp. The Arusha Accord).
TomR
Yeah they're awesome, it's weird though as i still see tham as 'my mates band' but they're a bit beyond that status now really. I agree with the Uk metal scene, its pretty mindblowing at the moment.Doubt i'll get an advance copy but i got a few sneaky tunes a while ago that were a possible for the album.
