Fish-Finger-er
go to the gym, somewhere between 3-5 times a week, but im still a fatboy, just a strong fat boy. most people will be shouting at me now, saying i should be seeing huge weight loss, but thing is, im not lookin for weight loss. i want to try and maintain my weight,(220lb's) and just reduce my bodyfat, increase my lean muscle mass. currenty standing at 18% bodyfat, would like to hit 15% by end of feb/mid march(should be easy, but theres christmas).tend to do weights and cardio on alternating days, however seem to missing a lot of my cardio sessions/turning them into weights once i get there.just because i find it sooo boring.whereas with weights you can go there, really push yourself, but not be puking into a bucket like if you went and pushed yourself on the treadmill, and can have a laugh with people inbetween exercises, doing a weights session is part social, part exercise, whereas cardio, just bores me.
