nice1 dude (Y)

one thing that i noticed though is your not bending your arms enough

if you look at all the top riders they hold the bars close in to their chest

it helps with control and gives you more power

When he's pedal kicking and stuff? Now you mention it i have noticed it... Probably something to take note on but maybe it's just how he rides?

Cheers for the advice mate. I'll look through the video and try out some arm bendage tomorrow. Good stuff. (Y)

Nah I dont but once I met a guy there with a t-bird. Went to woking once and was a pile of crap for riding - couldn't find anything to ride but if we were there with you and your mates I guess you'd know all the spots (Y) . Sounds good. I'll give you a shout sometime.

it's probably due to his setup aswell, i changed my bars position recently and i noticed that my bars where way more towards my chest when tilted them the position backwards.

anyway, nice video, you can really notice than your enjoying yourself (Y)

how long have you been riding?

and the first video in the ''related'' tab is amazing :-

keep it up (Y)

Yes, i know Phil off by heart... He's my idol .

I dont think so, from what i can tell the majority of riders have this problem when they start off, and over time it just seems to disappear ;) im not saying im an expert or anything just something ive noticed
