Yeah, your best bet is probably just an HS33 for the rear, and a good set of pads for the HS33, and some nice pads for the front Vee.

The problem you're gunna have with putting discs on is that T-Vees don't have disc mounts, or disc hubs. So you would need new forks and front hub to have a front one, and you'd need a new rear hub and frame for a back one.
