Si-man
Used to use tracksuit bottom for riding, but none of these with stripes down the sides, usually jogging bottoms or ones from matalan or tescos.Sooo much better to ride in, allow you to move about in more freely, when wet, dry realyl fast and dont feel like your wearing concrete trousers.Shorts are where its at though Edited December 16, 2006 by Si-man
threesixty
reminds me of the recent topic that caused alot of controvesy, mart was banging on about how gay trackies are in MBUK a few months ago. personally its jeans all the way for me Edited December 16, 2006 by threesixty
Fixed Pants™
Jeans... Protect you a lot more. Tougher... Jeans + 1000 crashes = Custom rips... Trackie B's + 1crash = New pair.Look better and trackie B's are chavvy.Cheaper in some cases aswell.
Token
Trackies are alot more free moving, and I think more comfortable. Jeans may look 'good' but I don't ride my bike to look good, so go with the more practical option.
Sam Nichols
I tend to have a different philosophy when it comes to what I wear.I don't bother with good clothes for this and old clothes for that and a different set for the third wednesday of the month...I wear the clothes I like and feel comfortable in all the time, whatever I'm doing. The only difference I have noticed is that I prefer riding in tighter jeans but it's not really that noticeable and I wouldn't bother buying clothes simply for riding in.jeans for me. Ben Beckett
trackies are warmer in the winter i find, move more and cheaper than some jeans.it's annoying wearing trackies due to every one thinking i am a chav! i.e, the owners of walls i ride, the pigs and people that see me damaging things with my bike when i 'don't quite make it'.
