It's already small enough lol....I aren't bothered about the side effects in the long term....Just wanna look mega beefy now.

zoo baby!

I hope your joking. You like 16/17, you inject that shit into your body and IF you do it wrong you can end up with internal bleeding and could end up disabled. Or you could do it right, look a complete dickhead, get people start fights with you everywhere you go, people will hate you, the only girls you'll attract will be idiots, you cant run or do anything 'demanding', you cant tie your shoe laces or do much else.

If you use steroids now, you'll f**k your body right up for when you're older. You're still growing now and you'll just end up disabled, its not worth it.

We had a few dickheads at school that went on these egg white diets, built like brick shithouses...they were amazing at football and all that...after the diet they couldn't run anymore. 2 years later there obease because they couldn't maintain it without being in a gym everyday.

Seriously, your body is the way it is for a reason!

on what you said about gettting into more fights

i get started on way more than any of my mates do, i think its because i'm quite big, i dont know.

Yep, no doubt. I'm short and skinny compared to a lot of lads I hang about with...they always get the shit, never me.

Think of it like this, people in pubs sometimes have a lot to live up to. If you come in, well built, they have to upkeep their reputation of being the hard b*****d, therefore...chances of getting a smack are pretty high.

Call it bollocks if you want, but its quite logical (well, to the dickhead in the pub anyway) and realistic.

Damon for a start is a big build n hes unreal at riding. You said sprinting etc to train yourself for bike and sprinting must be the single sport that requires pure fast twitch muscle fibre so surely trials would be suited best to a body type trained for sprinting, you seen the size of dwain chambers??

You do realise dwain chambers was banned from athletics due to using steroids?

Take a look at the current 100m american sprinters.. tall as f**k, yes built but very tall.

Linford christie, once the best the uk had:

Low body fat %, built bigger than your average person... but all of his muscle is functional.

Compared to body builder on roids:

Who do you think could run the 100m quickest?

To anyone who is thinking of using steroids take a look at greg valentino.. he is a laughing stock in the weight lifting world due to his pure stupidity of roid use. Infact ill take a look for his documentary..

Watch that.. its only part one though

P.s Spacemunkee, I wouldn't call myself anorexic. 10 stone 2lbs and 6foot exactly. Anyway least I still got my driving license.

wouldnt be looking at that and other BMI related scales as anything other than a rough guideline, on that, ive gone past overweight, and im about 10% into the fat section, and yes, i am slightly overweight, but atm, im somewhere between 17-18% bodyfat, which puts me in the high end of the acceptable weight section.

omfg, thats so wrong in nearly every way possible. And the worst part is, by the top body builders using them, younger ones are following in their footsteps, and no doubt will end up pumping them selfs full of the stuff.

Seriousy no body should take steroids,

I once watched a programme about a man who took them,

he was absolutely massive, infact he had to inject him self

and bring blood out of his arms because they were that big!

It was absolutly disgusting! When he stuck it in his arm

the needle bent! Im sure nobody would be wanting to do this

to themselfs...

Just putting my point of view in

Lewis... :shifty:

EDIT: here is myself...

me

What i was on about before...

used to be all the rage when i was into my basketball, thing is, back then i didnt have the commitment, now ive got the commitment, aint into basketball.

Well it was designed for basketball but eventually gives you an explosive and dynamic jump. So I don't really see why you have to be into basketball to want to do this program?

I'll be doing it again this year when it gets too cold. It's the only movement I get in the winter when I can't ride and it's a great way to use up all the energy. It also works - one can observe progress in a matter of 1 week.

Not going to bother arguing with you, im talking about functional strength in this thread but you seem to keep saying muscle = bigger. Even though in my examples... body builder/power lifter who goes to a gym and lifts heavy weights.. his body adapts.. large increase in muscle mass. Whereas a sprinter requires muscle but not as much and not all over their body in order to be able to sprint.
