At least with koxx its going into R&D on all these funky shaped frames and things but monty's had the same look for god knows how long.Onza offer cheap bikes, as do saracen.... i don't see saracen claiming to be top of the range products. They chose to make the budget bikes for beginners, not pro's, so the beginners can begin on them up until they want a new frame or the saracen breaks.
