stug45
front: any decent hydralic disc or cable bb7rear: hs33 with a rim grind and grind specific padsanything along those lines
lankyri
i use on the rear a normal magura with a 04 lever, normal hosing, custom made booster, coust pads, medium grind and tar, works greati use on the front a avid 7 vee brake with avid cable and pads on a light grind and when thats set up proably its incredible.you can have any brake and you can make it work, i no mate who uses kool stops on a smooth rim and he can still go big.i say put a magura on the rear and a vee on the front both incredible easy to set up and you dont have the worry of hitting it on the wall/log like i do when i used to ride a disk brakeunless you do want a disk brake then i either suggest the new hope, i tried them lasst night on my mates new monty and they work incredbile very nice pull, or i say a avid bb7 with a 203mmm rotor, or if you really wanna scare your mates buy a magura louise FR i lost count how many times i went over the bars when i used that brake

_Owen.
vees!!! nothing specific just heatink pads, nokian cables and a decent lever and your sorted
cas
ye vees all the way. i reckon it depends on how good you are at trials though..you dont want to get a disk brake for £150if you dont do any front wheel moves.when you can get a vee for nothing. (mostly 30-40)id say a mag for the rear though.i wouldnt trust a vee on the back..caspa.
The Duck
Front: Louise FR, BB7, Hope mini (possably), Avid Ultimate (if vee's float 'you boat)...Rear: Maggy!!, and again a Vee (if they tickle you fancy) and you could get away with a Hope Mono Trial if its on a Monty.
