paolo
Don't have a name yet, but I'm actually planing on doing some part, I'm actualy planing on trying out a backyard mini forge. Basicly do innovative designs... most are on paper and kinda hard to explain, but for a example, 3-piece cranks, but with one crank incorporated in the axle, so you could put it on your chocolate foot's side and not worry about stripping the crank interface But in the lesser fantastic, I was thinking of a steel crank with an aluminum core, steel ensures a durable crank interface and pedal threads + steel is harder than aluminum so it would get less damage from being hit everywhere, the aluminum core would give some stiffness and lower the overall weight. Luke Rainbird
3-piece cranks, but with one crank incorporated in the axle, so you could put it on your chocolate foot's side and not worry about stripping the crank interfaceA bit like those from DMR and a few others now then I'd love to be able to build frames and stuff, but to be honest I'd be happy playing with milling machines and lathes to play with bits and bobs reallyMaybe make a few nice axles or something, I don't know!Frames would be cool though Probably call it something along the lines of "Monkey's Bikes" or similar Edited December 1, 2006 by Monkey Boy

Greetings
Dengomatic? 100% anodized-free components.Edit: nah seriously, no idea what it'd be called, but I'd make small stuff that makes a difference. Like CNC backings, Magura replacements (pistons, TPA's etc) brake clamps that would be easier to set up, tensioners etc. Freewheels is another thing but then that's way too complicated to make. If I had the possibility, I'd try and make a freewheel with a Chris King engagement system just for private use, seeing as it's patented. I'd love to have a proper lathe and CNC machine, it's my biggest dream. Pity I'd have to sell everything I've got to get just a good lathe... Working on metal is just the best thing on earth. It could be really worth it, you could build a hub to work with eno freewheel and not have to buy their'e hub shell 175 $ CAN. Now let's see if I can bodge myself a decent lathe... Other than that, why not?
