Stolen Seat!

I don't quite trust his bike lock. Maybe because the crime rate is low there the reporter had never heard of such an outrage of a bike seat being stolen so i guess he doesn't need a huge lock.

There's an article in this month's MBUK about Chris Akrigg in Tokyo, and they said they didn't even bother locking bikes up outside a noodle bar in the city centre because there's no crime :S

Stupid Manc scallies

There was a bike left in the path in my town a few weeks back. It was just left lying there, averagely decent looking full susser... like a £200 halfords jobbie.

The only point at which it got moved was when someone moved it from being in the middle of the path and leaned it against a wall so it wasn't in the way. It was there from 7.30 in the morning and was still there at 10.00 that night. I didn't see it the next day though.

I frequently leave my bike unattended and unlocked when i go into shops and things in my town.
