Tim-Hill..Yeah Mate
Hi,About a week and a bit ago a nasty sqwelching noise started coming from my bb, freewheel or chain and I dont have a clue what it is, loose bottom bracket? Sounds stupid but it actualy sounds like when you have a really wet shoe when your walking along, I also run granny chains, but never used to make this nosie.Tim. Mark W
Your best bet is to just take it apart, clean everything and grease it up again. Usually, it's just that you need to grease the tapers/spindle on your cranks and BB, but if that doesn't stop it just try taking your BB out, putting a bit of grease near the ends of the threads, then slip it back in and do it up tight. That'll usually do the job

Tim-Hill..Yeah Mate
You said it could be my cranks rounded...no i dont think so as i never ever let my cranks run loose and they dont wobble one bit, it actualy does sound like a dry chain, i'll go lube it.Just found out it only creaks when the freewheel enganges, im guesing its just a knackerd freewheel?Tim.
