Fish-Finger-er
ok, lookin at gettin a new frame to get me back into riding, as ive hated my bt since i got it 2 years ago, and as a result have hardly ridden since. lookin at gettin a more streety frame, so ashton justice looks like a plan. any chance any die hard fans could give me a run through of the different justices, geo, strength etc.particularly like to know the difference between the mk3 justice, and the mk4(i think thats the latest one). geo + strength wise at least. tipsy Jock
Is the latest one not the mk5? not sure on that. The silver ones were all pretty much the same i think, only difference being that each new mk was stronger, better built and probably had a few slight geometry tweaks. I wouldn't touch a mk 1 or 2 as i've heard a few horror stories about the strength and quality. Oh and in terms of old vs new the main differences are that the new frames have the +20 bb rise and 1055-65 wb, where as the old ones were 0 bb and much shorter i think. hope thats of some use Edited November 27, 2006 by tipsy Jock

tipsy Jock
If its a MK3 i'm pretty sure it will be 0 rise, The older Ashtons are still lovely to ride though, feel quite short though i thinkPete
RobinJI
With Urban's my mates mk5 (or whatever the newest one is) is:1055 wheelbaseabout 15mm BB rise, there meant to be +20 but none of them actually seem to be quite that high.380 rear end73 headangleThat's definitely all right for his bike, as Ive measured it myself and it agrees with what everyone else I've spoken to has said.Personally I think you should go for the latest one, they just ride sooo nicely, will really get you back into riding, there just really fun.
