well its quite hard to get a good bike for under £300 but if you had £350 you could get a onza t-pro which is a good bike for tarty bikes

Check out this link for info on the phase 1.3 http://www.evanscycles.com/dept.jsp;jsessi...c7?dept_id=4233. Personally I dont like the look of the phase 1.3, you could get more bike for your money by going secondhand and there are some quality secondhand bikes sabout, you just got to look.

If you want a decentish bike for around that price go 20" they seem to be cheaper plus you can get a better spec.
