hey all i was wondering if its possible to get a descent trails bike for under £300, and second hand isnt an option.

well its quite hard to get a good bike for under £300 but if you had £350 you could get a onza t-pro which is a good bike for tarty bikes

i haven't realy heard enything about the phase 1.3, but i would start on a 20 inch bike bit its up to you!!

How come you dont fancy a second hand bike you can get alot better spec for the same price.

Check out this link for info on the phase 1.3 http://www.evanscycles.com/dept.jsp;jsessi...c7?dept_id=4233. Personally I dont like the look of the phase 1.3, you could get more bike for your money by going secondhand and there are some quality secondhand bikes sabout, you just got to look.

If you want a decentish bike for around that price go 20" they seem to be cheaper plus you can get a better spec.

Personally i would still rarther have a better second hand bike for christmas!, Your new bike will look second hand in no time at all as thats the nature of trials. Thats if the person buying your bike would buy you a second hand one.

if i was you mate i would get a second hand bike because you can get really nice bikes plus you wont need to put eny good parts on because they might already have them on so your saving money

areet get a t-pro of tartybikes.co.uk or www.airevalleycycles.com they are a good bike for first commers and a strong frame it is just like a koxx levelboss but cheeper......... or go

hi mate,my first bike was a sarersen trials bike witch you can get from trials shop, or you can get the onza t-vee, which has vee brakes from avid and a bash plate whitch really helps when learning trials

May i ask why? What do you think you would be better of riding?? A stock or a mod???
