basher
i would say you should be ok to ride it properly now may be give it 1 or 2 more rides before you start pushing it like going for big gaps ect

Tall_Rob
I had to ride 100 miles to bed mine in properely. Then had to take it in for it's first free service then was allowed to finally take it up to it's full rpm.Had to be careful so that it didn't slip so put some fresh oil on the paws.If you scratch them, they get weaker too and the anodised colouerd ones are alot heavier so don't get them.Hope that helps newbie
onza t-jammy
id probably flip it up side down and make sure the rear wheel is free and then use the cranks to spin it for a while for a couple of days
Andrex
Or just get on your bike and ride it. It'll soon bed in if you start riding it.
ramps
Bed something in?? I know there not cheap but seriously you should have been riding it to death from he moment it was on your bike. Only disk breaks should be treat with such grace and love, everything else on a bike isn't s sensitive and therfore needs a beating.
