Dan6061
At a guess, it can't be deleted because it's in use?Ctrl+Alt+delete - ProcessesThe scan down the list, and end what ever seems dodgy. Then try and delete the file as you would any other file.
Token
I had same problem with mine and a mates computer, no spyware program would get rid of it. finally located where all the files were, .dll .exe's in system32 folder and used Eraser LINK to overwrite the files using the Guttmann (Default), Pseudorandom Data and US DoD 5220-22.M methods making it impossible to read the file.If at first it says cant delete because the file is in use Eraser should give you an option to delete the file at next start up before it can be run.Hope it does some good for you, worked for me
