Might of seen my topic about the hayes nine, because i haven't got the money at the moment to bleed it , i am now running a maggie with koxx browns. Might have it for a while, i find a front maggie is sooo much better then my hayes  my hayes weren't good. J-KAY will tell you.

Just wondering who else uses one on the front and what you think.

Thanks (Y)

Nothing wrong with a maggie, put a cnc'd lever on the front , and some cnc'd mounts , good pads , and a nice grind. Got a very good front brake, which would look very nice with all the cnc'd parts. Should be ok in the rain too depending on grind and pads. (Y)

u have got me there, i think ill gave that ago todaY!!! i have the brakes from when i bought the bike but changed it to a disk!! ill get bak to u and tell u wat i think!!!

i love my magura with zoo!pads on the front, they work so well in the dry, i haven't ever had a disc brake on the front, i want to get one cus they work in the wet. i have just a disc rotor on the front cus i feel cool with it on their.lol, i haven't ever smacked it though and my front wheel has come short on a few sidehops.

ive been forced to revert back to a maggie as the forks i am using only have 4bolt mounts, i tell you now disc is 1000000times better

ill 2nd that it does matter how good you set the maggy up it is never going to be as good as disc brake, especially a BB7 or a mono trial.
