Hit ctrl>alt>delte and theres porably some programs runing, end them. thats all i did. although i never got rid of mine just re-formatted the computer... Just find the location of the file and delete it. Before you go and format hard drives run a copy of Adaware through it, that will ferret the b*****d out and remove it. If not, then your f**ked. If that doesn't work the only thing i can suggest is restore your computer to an earlier date Easy enough to remedy though, just go to File > New Task (Run) and type 'explorer' without quotes and it'll come back.
